Workshops & AI Enablement

AI makes the first draft. You make it trustworthy.

Your professional judgment is the deliverable — not the model, not the automation. We built a five-tier curriculum because a single all-hands training doesn't change how a manager reviews AI output, or how an executive sizes the risk. Different roles need different judgment.

For organizations who've bought AI tools faster than they've built the judgment to use them well — where 'we rolled out a policy' hasn't actually changed what people do at their desks.

Tier 1 — Foundations

All staff, half-day. AI literacy, how hallucinations actually happen, data classification, and prompting fundamentals — the shared baseline every other tier assumes.

Tier 2 — Workflows

Managers, full-day. Task mapping, scoping real use cases inside a team's actual work, and setting the review standards their reports will be held to.

Tier 3 — Power Users

Domain experts. Chained prompting and prompt assembly lines — building repeatable, reviewable AI-assisted workflows inside a specific discipline.

Tier 4 — No-Code Builders

A three-day hands-on lab. Make, Zapier, and n8n automation; Airtable and Notion as systems of record; an introduction to multi-agent systems for the teams ready to build, not just prompt.

Tier 5 — Strategy

Executive leadership, a two-day intensive. Risk classification, ROI measurement that survives a board meeting, and a 90-day roadmap leadership can actually execute against.

Tiers can run independently or as a sequenced program — most organizations start with Tier 1 sitewide and Tier 5 with leadership in the same quarter, then build out Tiers 2–4 by function.
